The new attribute system and stat changes have made player characters much more capable of doing stuff themselves in my experience and thralls are just extra help, not use or lose. I havent played with a full authority build but I believe it brings thralls back to close to pre 3.0 power minus the HP change. Reading that is a big relief.See also: Server Configuration.
